Founded in 2008, Zhongcheng Shenghong has always adhered to the core positioning of "Chinese Technology + Global Supply Chain". With profound experience in infrastructure engineering services, we focus on the R&D, production and global layout of polyurethane (PU) decorative building materials. After 18 years of accumulation, we have grown from a core force serving China's infrastructure to an international solution provider covering more than 60 countries and regions, delivering high-quality products and efficient services to overseas customers with German-style craftsmanship and integrity.

Foundation Laid, Dual-Track Layout Initiated
Before 2008, our predecessor focused on engineering supporting services, deeply participating in China's urbanization. Our products were widely used in airports, high-speed railways, subways, bridges and other large urban complexes. We served more than 50 national key projects annually, with steel supply covering 30 million square meters of construction volume, laying a solid foundation in the infrastructure field.
In 2008, Zhongcheng Shenghong Technology Development Co., Ltd. was officially established. Judging the global trend of "lightweight, environmental protection and high efficiency" in the decorative building materials industry, we invested in a dedicated production base, introduced advanced German production technology and fully automatic high-pressure injection equipment, and launched the R&D, production and sales of PU stone, soft stone and other interior and exterior wall panels. We built a full-process production control system of "Design-Mold Sample-Mold-Raw Material Formula-Quality Control", laying a solid foundation for subsequent product upgrading and international layout.

Process Iteration & Supply Chain Integration
Over the past decade, we focused on German-style quality, expanded production scale, and built 5 German fully automatic high-pressure production lines, achieving a daily output of about 7,000 ㎡, 10,000 pieces of conventional products per day, and an annual supply of 1 million square meters. We grew into a super source factory with 18 years of German-style production experience, capable of meeting global bulk procurement needs stably.
2015: We focused more on the core track, specializing in the in-depth R&D and production of PU materials, and insisted on using pure PU raw materials imported from BASF (Germany) to ensure product stability and environmental protection.
2016: We officially launched foreign trade business, establishing long-term cooperation with overseas building wholesalers, engineering design institutes and supervision agencies.
2017: We achieved a major technological upgrade, forming unique core technical advantages: 1:1 mold opening of natural stone, Disney-level manual coloring, mastering core in-mold painting technology (less than 5% of Chinese enterprises), with super weather resistance (-70℃ to 70℃); independent R&D of high-density PU foaming formula, and passed formaldehyde-free certification.
2018: We obtained a full set of international certifications, including ISO9001, SGS, EU CE and Fire Rating B1, ensuring compliance with European and American standards. We initially expanded into Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe and the United States, accumulating valuable overseas service experience.

Efficiency Upgrade & Foreign Trade Competitiveness Enhancement
Focusing on overseas market needs, we upgraded delivery, customization and service capabilities to fit overseas procurement habits.
Delivery capacity: Regular products shipped within 2-3 days, custom samples delivered within 5-7 days, mass production completed within 10-15 days, and urgent orders shipped within 3 days, solving the delivery pain point for overseas customers.
Customization service: Minimum order quantity of 1 ㎡ for regular products, custom size/texture/color available for 50 ㎡, flexible negotiation for project orders, reducing the trial cost for overseas buyers.
2022: The quarterly sales of high-end outdoor PU stone products with in-mold painting technology exceeded 30 million yuan. We optimized product performance, passed -70℃ to 70℃ weather resistance test and QUV anti-UV test, and adopted lightweight seamless LEGO splicing design for prefabricated quick installation, reducing transportation, labor and time costs.
2023: We established long-term cooperation with domestic well-known real estate enterprises (Country Garden, Evergrande), and accumulated more than 8,000 international partners, with products exported to more than 60 countries and regions.
