We have maintained a 3-year stable partnership with a Shanghai-based design firm specializing in luxury commercial spaces. After winning the bid for Arc'teryx's 2024 China flagship store facade upgrade, the firm searched extensively for materials that could authentically replicate the texture of raw Alpine rock faces.
At the 2024 Shanghai International Building Decoration Expo, their team touched our PU Rugged Rock Panel samples and was highly impressed by the 1:1 replicated natural rock texture and matte deep charcoal finish. They reviewed our previous projects for LV and Arc'teryx overseas stores via our official website, completed due diligence, and invited us to submit an exclusive proposal.
We outperformed 5 competing materials including natural stone and GRC cement boards, winning this benchmark project with three core advantages: 100% pure PU substrate (no stone powder), German in-mold painting technology, and our patented Lego-style fast installation system.

Large-area Seamless Installation
Standard PU stone panels (mostly 600×600mm) leave obvious seams, and natural rock has random textures that cannot be matched.
Solution: Our exclusive 2400×800mm large-format production process uses 3D scanning to replicate continuous natural rock textures in the factory. Each panel is marked with a unique installation number for sequential on-site assembly. Custom pieces for corners and windows are mold-formed to avoid on-site cutting damage, achieving 99% seamless effect with no visible seams from 5 meters away.
Low-load Wall Installation
Existing lightweight partition walls cannot support dry-hanging keels and natural stone, and traditional adhesive methods carry high fall risk.
Solution: Our proprietary Lego-style snap-on + structural adhesive dual fixing system. PU Rugged Rock Panels weigh only 4.5kg/㎡ (1/18 the weight of natural stone), requiring no dry-hanging keels. Panels simply press onto pre-installed snap bases. A single worker can install 25㎡ per day, 3x faster than natural stone dry-hanging, with zero fall risk.
Long-term Outdoor Weather Resistance
Standard spray-painted PU stone fades, peels and cracks within 1-2 years outdoors.
Solution: German imported in-mold painting technology, where pigment penetrates 3mm into the PU substrate (not just surface coating). UV8 resistance rating, passed 1000-hour accelerated aging test by National Building Materials Testing Center, guaranteed 10-year no fading. Substrate contains imported anti-aging and toughening agents, passed -70°C to 70°C extreme temperature cycle test, no cracking, deformation or powdering.
